Wild Blueberries - The Antioxidant Booster

Feeling stressed? Natural antioxidants are one of the best ways to relieve stress. Wild blueberries have twice as many antioxidants as farmed blueberries. This recipe is simple and delicious. 

Ingredients:

1 serving of Plantensis Vegan Protein

2/3 cup of frozen wild blueberry (more fiber, and less sugar than cultivated blueberries)

1 or 1/2 piece of banana 

1 spoon of coconut oil

 1/2 cup of your beverage of choice- almond milk, coconut milk, or water.

Pro Tip: During the wintertime, we understand that smoothies can be too cold when frozen fruits or ice is added. Therefore we recommend heating the beverage to a warm temperature and blend it with the frozen fruits. The smoothie will result in room temperature.
