1 serving Plantensis Vanilla Protein

1 cups frozen strawberries

1  banana

1 1/2cup of your beverage of choice- almond milk coconut milk, oat milk, cashew milk

Pro Tip: During the wintertime, we understand that smoothies can be too cold when frozen fruits or ice is added. Therefore we recommend heating the beverage to a warm temperature and blend it with the frozen fruits. The smoothie will result in room temperature.
