1 serving of Plantensis Vegan Protein

1/2 cup of frozen raspberry 

1/2 cup of blueberry 

1/4 of strawberry 

1 piece of banana 

1 spoon of coconut oil

1 cup of your beverage of choice - almond milk, coconut milk, oats milk, or water.
